You forgot to metinon that obamanation made a deal with the devil, that being Russia to reduce our missile defence system thereby reducing America from a superpower in the world to nearly a third world power. This deal along with destroying our ecomomy, jobs, credit rating, health care, energy sources, just to name a few, would finish the job of turning America to a full blown third world country. No Thanks Obamanation, take your hate elsewhere. - Posted on : 12-September-2014

Referendum in Switzerland to place upper limit on salaries

On November 24 , the Swiss people were asked to vote on the initiative of 1:12 . This initiative , sponsored by the Swiss Socialist Youth ( Juso ) impose a ceiling on wages, so that the highest salary in a company could not be more than 12 times that of the lowest paid in the same company . Nobody should make the same money in a month as a colleague would take a year to earn the specific proposal. Although Juso is closely aligned with the Social Democratic Party , part of the coalition government , the organization is formally independent . The collection of signatures began in the fall of 2009, just a year after the global economy was on the verge of collapse following the bankruptcy of the investment bank Lehman Brothers. The necessary signatures have been collected within the period prescribed by law, and the citizens initiative has been successfully registered in April 2011. Parliament then considered the proposal of two years, with the result that Parliament and the federal government recommended that the initiative was rejected. Go to a cocktail party in Berlin, and there is always someone who spits the benefits of a basic income , as you may have heard someone talk about Robin Hood Tax in New York or even the health care payer Washington. It is not only popular in countries rich in Switzerland. Besieged and ravaged by debt weighs Cyprus realization of basic income , too. They also whispered in the United States , where some fans left right libertarian and liberal came to a strange convergence around the idea - some prefer income "base" unconditionally all who would , without any conditions, the other income - tested "minimum" to supplement the income of the poor to a particular level . - Posted on : 16-November-2013

The proposal is in part the result of an original German artist Enno Schmidt appointed a leader of the grassroots movement - income. When we spoke , Schmidt has repeatedly described the policy as " stimmig . " Like many German words , which has no equivalent in English, but it means something like " consistent" with a pinch of "beauty" thrown in. This is an idea whose time has come to say . - Posted on : 16-November-2013
