Expel cheats, reward worthy pvt universities
The activity of a private university, but can not be corrupted the entire business sector has become corrupt in Bangladesh. Recently, Transparency International Bangladesh (TIB), reported that they found corruption at all stages of activity of the establishment of the University for the general management. Sale of certificates in exchange for money is much talked about a variety of corruption in this sector. Watchdog of government agencies can not save you from taking responsibility for cheating on the middle class, who are giving the cost of private universities. The Ministry of Education has rejected the report of TIB which he called unfounded. However, the ministry must address the issue of investigating complaints. Denying the allegations, the Ministry of Education adopted really bad practices of private universities. The development of values and flourishing of intellectual property are related to education. Thus, despite the indifference to corruption spree in private universities of the government, farmers are increasingly worried about it. The Ministry of Education and the UGC should monitor educational institutions meet the pre-requisites for the establishment or not. If you do not control the institutions, they can not force private universities to play according to the rules and regulations. The sorry state of private universities reflects the collapse of production and the output of the education sector and the devastating corruption there. If the Ministry of Education and the University Grants Commission were free of corruption, it would be impossible for private universities to engage in this type of corruption. Secondly, if the government can not agree on the quality of education, then there would be adequate training environment in private universities. The government should set up a committee of experts to consider the TIB report and conduct a unit of power in private universities, and reward the most competent and ban disqualified. However, the only remaining hope is that some private universities are outpacing others in academic performance. Private universities are held together public universities in the creation of highly qualified human resources. But hope may be dashed as the system of business education has become a field of whitening black money.
