Bye-elections with a sitting Govt

[Posted on : 2015-08-29 by Nasir] All of us must understand that bye-elections with a sitting Govt controlling all financial and other resources is a different ball game as compared to a general elections, which have now proven to be fake elections won by PMLN through election system manipulation. Now PMLN is also busy in spending lot of funds in Punjab LG constituencies which is simply pre-poll rigging. But ECP will remain in slumber enjoying their salaries and perks.
